Colonnade Pizza & Restaurant

I would like to tell you a little story went the have pizza on game night with a group of people and ordered a few pizzas . Number one they screwed up our pizza and waited half hour for pizza . My wife eating her pizza and found a hair in her plate . sent it back and she deducted the wrong pizza from the bill . All the bills were wrong . We went to the front and one of the owners said we will deduct the drinks from the bill . So they charged us for the pizza with the hair in it . As we were leaving one of the cooks said have a nice night and started laughing . I walked back in and told that was not proper and also told them they should be wearing hair nets in the kitchen . The other owner told me that was my hair and i put it on the plate swore at me and told me to get out of my restaurant ,it was my fault . I must say very unproffesional . They must really need that money for that 1 meduim pizza .

Amazing Pizza excellent service. Definitely a good place for dine in and takeout. I have been going to Colonnade pizza for quite some time now and they never seem to disappoint me!

I've been coming to colonnade kanata for 3 years, and nothing chaged. It has always been a peace ful environement. The food is delisious and the service is great. If i could i would be coming to this restaurant everyday!

The food is okay. The service is good, but the management/owners are... pathetic. The owners of this restaurant frequently argue loud enough for customers (my self included) to hear them. They treat their staff terribly. This store apparently serves breakfeast and opens at 7, however it is never open at 7. I have come for breakfeast 4 times within the past month alone, shortly after 7 and the restaurant was still closed. I go to a restaurant to eat in a peaceful environment, not to arrive and find the restaurant closed or listen to a couple argue. I will not return.

My husband & I have been going to Collonnade for the greatest pizza since the 60's.
Last year when we celebrated my husband's 60th birthday, we went to see Phantom first, and he requested the Colonnade as his choice for dinner where we enjoyed pizza with my daughter, her husband and our two granchildren and he told the kids this was his favorite restaurant with the best service & food.

Best pizza i have ever ate in my life! they never seem to let me down. staff as friendly as ever and is truely my favourite place to go to. I was there when they had a kids hockey team and the service was still fast and precise. Very good colonnade!!

ive been coming to colonnade pizza for over a year now and i just love the staff they all so friendly. the homey environment is quite comfortable. and the food... its superb. full of flavours and home-cooked goodness. i would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys great food and fast service.

i went to this restuarent a few days ago and the food was delicious. Also the service was excellent and the food was perfictally made, so complements to everything and everyone at this wonderful restaurent

i've been going to this location for quite some time, but lately i've had more and more bad experience. The onion soup recipe has changed, they don't make it the same. The pizza itself had no tomatoe sauce, and was soggy with water dripping out of it. The dough was not cooked well, it was rushly made for a very slow night. The service was great, but the food was not! Good prices, but tired of disappointing food

At one time they had the best food and staff but lately its going down whats the rason dont know probply if they stop the kid from playing in the resurant and the old man stop calling customers to go some were else if they dont like it and if he have issues with the short lady or his staff dont make it obvious to customers lets why i stopedd going as often as i used too and having punch of kids working where they cant cook the same from my first to my last pizza so its going to be shape up or i well take my bussiness some were else and i bet ur customer base has shrunk in the past few month i well be visiting soon

Amazing Pizza - as good as downtown! For an evening out with the family you get pretty unbeatable value. The service is excellent as well. My wife and I, 4 small kids $40 everything in!

Together with the original on Metcalfe Street, they serve the best pizza in the region. Owner and service staff are very friendly.
