Decided to try Cora's again since that is where my friend had picked for breakfast. Started out with a cup of coffee instead of the tea I had ordered. Got that mistake corrected with a warm container of water that the tea bag wouldn't even steep in. I told the server and was informed that the hot water machine was broken and the boss wouldn't let her boil water any other way. I then ordered my glass of cold water because I don't drink coffee. The rest of the 5 women arrived. The server was very rude when explaining the hot water situation to one of the gals and continued to be very rude and sarcastic throughout our meal. I ordered my meal and hoped for the best. My dry toast that I ordered had butter on it and the fruit that came with my meal was half rotten. That is one of the reasons I ordered that particular breakfast because I am diabetic and wanted some fresh fruit. My friend is allergic to kiwi and asked if there was any kiwi in the fruit and the server said yes so she didn't order it. Everyone that had fruit on there plate had no kiwi. I must say, the server did eventually bring me some hot water from the microwave, of course, will a rude remark to go with it. I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again and neither will the five other people that were with me. To sum this all up the service wasn't that bad, we could have done without the rude and sarcastic comments and the food could have been fresher. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Way too expensive for the rude and sarcastic comments from our server that went with my meal. Also my friends said they have had this server before and she was exactly the same with her sarastic remarks and rude comments. ..More Reviews
