I don't even bother with the baking aisle in "grocery" stores now - I buy everything from a tub of shortening to a pinch of ginger at the Bulk Barn. Last time I even brought in my old tub - save plastic! Why buy a 500g bottle of spice when you only need 1 tsp??? My spices are never stale now! The staff are always cleaning when I go in - the place is very organized and brightly lit - easy to see, but please make sure that there are pencils at every station, will you? Many thanks, K.
