This was my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and my last. I placed the order over the phone and prepaid by credit card. An hour and twenty minutes later my wife calls back to check the status of the order and was told oops, it wasn't placed properly. My wife got so frustrated that she hung up. I called back and ask to speak to the manager, Warren the manager starts telling me excuses that they are busy and these things happen. He sounded like he just didn't care and I'm wasting his time. I tried calling the head quarters to make sure that I'm getting refunded cause I don't trust Warren but they just gave me an 1-888 number and told me to call in on Monday (it's Friday today).
