Wendy's

The Wendy's Kanata (Edgewater location) is one of the best fast food restuarants in the area! Their drive thru is the fastest and I've always had great service!

OK for the 2 morons who wrote about the bald guy at the drive thru and the (apparent issues), you two are idiots and people like you that make working in a fast food restaurant hell! You obviously have no clue at to what you are talking about, try working a couple of shifts in a fast food restaurant and then wake the hell up!
You do not realize the amount of jack asses that we have to deal with on a daily basis, which drains us of our enthusiasm for the job. It's fast food not rocket science! learn how to order from the correct menu (learn how to pronounce the items as well!) have you money ready, and how about being polite yourself for a change and not treating us like second class citizens.
If you don't like it F off and go to McDonalds and shut the hell up until you have a clue!
P.S. The Bald Guy is a really nice guy who works too much for too little money!

I concur about the guy in the drive thru window (about 30 and almost bald). Very abrupt and rude as if you're asking for a favour for extra ketchup. Never a smile, never a thank you or have a nice day. They could learn a thing or two about customer service from their McDonald's neighbours down the road! Visit the full-time McDonald employees (nice ladies) during the weekend morning hours. Completely different service - with a smile)

I live in the neighbourhood and often go through the drive-thru. Without exaggeration, every third order is wrong. Whoever owns this franchise should wake up and realize some of their employees (not all) are killing business.

The guy in the drive thru ( who was at least 30) was abrupt and rude, so much so I think he's on a work release rehab program since I was actually afraid to ask for a straw... ordered ONE meal, and it was wrong, worse the MEAT WAS PINK inside. Will NEVER GO BACK. HAVE CONTACTED WENDY'S CUSOTMER SERVICE. DIDNT' EVEN BOTHER CALLING THE RESTAURANT. NASTY SERVCE, NASTY FOOD.
