2 Raw PINK burger pattys...Not Impressed hope me and my daughter don't get SICK!

We go to this DQ all the time. The service has improved a lot over what it was years ago. The time to get food is very good, and well made. It takes awhile to make each ice cream item, and there can be long line-ups when a soccer team comes in, or in the evenings in summer, but for the most part there are rarely any line-ups. I like this one better than the ones in Bells Corners or Terry Fox.

I was in today and I ordered two chicken wraps. I saw two that were already pre-made sitting on the heating tray. I heard the girl that was making the food tell the girl that was putting it in the bags to Wait like a minute before giving it to her because they are already made. I found this very rude considering that I was standing there and heard the comment, and now know that it was not made fresh, and instead of just giving it to me they let it sit longer! Not happy!

Absolutely discusted by this establishment! First off no one working here is above 15 and it takes three of them to take and complete an order...which you would think would make things go faster, but a family of four it took over 20 minutes to serve and I had to go back three time with corrections! Second the plase is a mess everywhere, behind the counter is filthy from not being tended to, every single table in here needs to be sanitized and garbages are over flowing. While in line I heard three different people feeling the exact same way I do, and say they will not come to this location again....Barrhaven location is managed much better. I work in the food service industry as well and will fully make sure the ministry is aware of the issues here!

Staff very imature to be serving public, dirty, and unsanitary please get people who know what there doing, get the place cleaned up, get someone over 16, to manage and keep the place looking like a place of business, or I wont come back

Staff was not rude but not friendly either. biggest compaint is that it was not very clean. the counter where I put my purse to order was sticky with red sauce. all the serving areas- milkshake machines looked like they hadn't been wiped all day. We were there at 1050 pm. not very appatizing.
